Allow bypassing wizard during initial signup

Currently when signing up for a new freedom plan, you get sent through the wizard -- which bypasses a lot of the questions you might want to explicitly answer. Among other things - config for floating IP to use.

Consider allowing "skip the wizard" on initial setup - which would leave you in the same state as if you had created and then fully deleted a cluster and optionally deauthorized nodes.

      That's a very reasonable suggestion — offering a "Skip the Wizard" option during initial setup would greatly benefit advanced users or repeat deployers who want full control, especially for nuanced configurations like specifying floating IPs. Free Human to Cat Translator App

      The upcoming 5.5 release will remove the wizard, when we bring it back we will add an advanced workflow.
