Currently, we only support the token-based kubeconfig for SSO users which is valid for only 24 hours. Providing a local user id for each user is something that can be used as a workaround.
We need to check the possibility of using a CLI-Utility to Download Kubeconfig by Authenticating via Username/Password and Cluster Endpoint to overcome the 24 hour limitation for token based kubeconfig

It's possible to do this with Python script and the using the right pip modules against keystone. though it would be nice if platform9 had their own verified solution to this.
