Can we add support and/or validate the live-resize functionality implemented by VMWare?

This is recent, VIO 4.0 supports vCenter 6.0, so this should in theory be possible. I'm unsure of whether VIO runs on Ocata/Pike etc and whether this feature is a vanilla openstack feature.
