Offer a toggle in each of the Workloads areas of the cosole to "Show Platform9 management components". When disabled all I see are Pods, Deployments, Services, and Namespaces that I have deployed. None of the manageement place stuff. When enabled I get a combination of management plane things as well as my own.

The default should be to disable this toggle, so someone has to actively choose to see all the added things. It's a lot.
