1) Juniper team would like to get informed if a node goes Not Ready directly. (Threshold could be around 15 minutes for current notification). I informed them that we have Kube Not ready alerts reaching Support and support does initial investigation and then reaches out to Juniper folks. But Divyah's feedback is valid as it takes atleast 3-4 hours for Support to reach out in case of those alerts and sending them these directly would help them corelate if they are facing any issues on a particular node.
