Provide a text area for user tenant details
We would like a text box that is visible across tenants, that would show User to tenant details. Ideally, the dashboard is where we feel this information is best displayed.

Add UI support for modifying security group rule description

OpenStack w/ VMware, provide a configurable parameter for how much datastore space can be used
