AWS DHCP Options Set
If a customer has a customized AWS DHCP Options Set on their VPC, cluster creation will die due to not finding the appropriate hostname (full vs. short). Need a way to catch this and act accordingly.

Cluster tags created in the PF9 UI be visible as tags on Azure backend on the scale sets.
